Before you order, please make sure to have read my Terms of Service. These terms apply to private commissions only. This information is NOT applicable for commercial work, therefore the art can only be used for the client’s personal purposes.All prices below are base prices. Things that might increase the price are complex character designs, number of characters, not being able to provide a good visual reference, complex backgrounds and amount of detail in the image in general.

  • Returning Clients get a 20% discount on regular commissions!

  • To avail commercial rights +100% increase in price.

  • Props are charged as extra, ranging from $5 to $20+ depending on the details.

  • Complex clothes are charged extra depending on the level of detail

  • I can provide post commission edits (like cutting parts of the model that needs cutting, cleaning the model, etc. nothing too major) free of charge!

  • Please read my Terms of Service before commissioning!

  • Base price includes 3 basic expressions, commercial rights and rig ready model.

  • Props (stuffed toy, weapon, etc.): $20-$100+

  • Expressions: $5 - $20

  • Additional outfits: $200-$300+

Terms of Service

By commissioning me, you agree to these terms. If you have any concerns, please discuss them with me before paying. Some terms may be adjusted by mutual agreement.General
- I may decline any commission for any reason.
- Prices depend on demand and complexity.
- Artwork may contain a signature or watermark that must not be removed.
- I may record and share the drawing process unless we agree otherwise beforehand.Payment
- Full payment is required upfront. Larger commissions may be available for two installment payments.
- Do not pay until I have accepted your commission and requested payment.Revisions
- The price includes up to three rounds of revisions.
- Major changes, such as poses, outfits, or designs, must be requested during the sketch stage.
- Reasonable minor changes may be requested later.
- Extra or previously approved changes may require an additional fee.
- Corrections caused by my own mistake or misunderstanding are free.Timeline and Delivery
- Completion may take between one week and four months, depending on complexity, health, workload, and other circumstances.
- I will notify you about significant delays.
- You may receive watermarked work-in-progress previews.
- The finished, full-resolution artwork will be delivered digitally. No physical product is included unless agreed otherwise.Copyright and Usage
- I, Ayukiri, retain all copyright to the artwork. You retain ownership of your original characters.
- I may display and promote the artwork unless privacy is agreed upon before work begins.
- Credit is appreciated but not required.Personal Use — Default
- You may post, display, and print the artwork for yourself. You may not earn money from it.Commercial Use — Additional Fee
- For monetized content, advertising, branding, or other income-related uses.
- Commercial rights for VTuber Live2D commissions are included unless stated otherwise.Merchandise — Additional Fee
- Selling physical or digital products featuring the artworkCommercial and merchandise rights do not transfer copyright ownership.You may not:
- Claim the artwork as your own creation.
- Remove my signature or watermark.
- Alter the artwork without permission.
- Use the artwork commercially without permission.
- Submit or use the artwork with AI or machine-learning systems for training, generation, editing, enhancement, datasets, prompts, or references.Failure to abide by any of these terms will immediately revoke all rights and permissions granted to the client for the commissioned artwork. The client must stop using the artwork and remove it from public display wherever reasonably possible.Refunds and Cancellations
- You may receive a full refund if you cancel before I begin working or if I am unable to start.
- Refunds are unavailable once work has begun.
- Contact me directly about eligible refunds instead of filing a chargeback.
- Unauthorized chargebacks or violations of these terms may result in the loss of usage rights, a dispute of the chargeback, and a ban from future commissions.Communication
Please contact me promptly if you have questions or concerns so we can work toward a solution. Any exceptions to these terms must be agreed upon before I begin your commission.
